The funding will provide working capital to support the company’s expansion, including new contracts with key industry partners.

Utica provided a $15,500,000 capital lease secured by forestry equipment, excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, and trucks for a company located in the Northeast. The company supplies temporary roadways and access mats to remote construction sites, primarily serving the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. They also assist with site evaluations and access planning to reduce environmental impact. Utica’s funding was used to acquire two companies and pay off outstanding debt.

Specializing in Oilfield Fabrication, Shipbuilding, and Repair of Steel & Aluminum Vessels, the Company has strategically utilized this funding to secure working capital by leveraging its unencumbered equipment.

Utica provided a $2,350,000 capital lease to a company offering multi-passenger and delivery van services. The Company operates out of seven major U.S. cities and engages in corporate and government long-term rental contracts. With Utica’s funding, the Company was able to refinance existing vehicles and free up working capital.

Utica provided a $6,700,000 capital lease to two coal mines in West Virginia secured by trucks, dozers, excavators, and wheel loaders. The mines comprise both a metallurgical surface mine, featuring a coal preparation plant and a CSX rail loading facility, and a metallurgical and thermal coal surface mine, complete with a coal preparation plant. The financing enabled the Company to refinance existing assets, clear outstanding personal property taxes, and secure additional working capital.

Utica provided a $3,500,000 capital lease to facilitate the purchase of a trucking company located in Virginia that specializes in regional bulk materials transportation. The Company executed the transaction by capitalizing on the assets of the acquired Company.

Utica provided a $1,500,000 capital lease to a licensed wholesale manufacturer of small caliber ammunition, small arms, and tactical equipment on an international and domestic level, secured by newly acquired ammunition manufacturing lines. With the additional working capital, the Company could grow and expand its operations.
